It's interesting that both he and Sara Pichelli draw Sue with a little mole above her lip.

I like it. Things that differentiates characters and gives them their own look, even if it's a little thing, is good for me.

She will always look young as that's just how comics are, especially with female characters. I haven't seen anything that made her look like a hipster though.

Not sure. It takes place during the first Secret Wars when she was left behind and in this universe she's left Reed.

The first time we see this is in S.H.I.E.L.D. (2014-2015) #4:

It turns out she'd been doing the occasional mission for SHIELD for years. The upcoming solo will the first time we go into detail on when she started and what she did.
