^^^ Karma's "dissatisfaction beam" is even worse than GFW's Spiral Beam.

^^^ Karma's "flame" attack is kind of obviously worse than G-Earth's plasma cutter: its basically a small nuke with a higher kenetic energy yield(it blew a crater into the ground, something we don't see with normal nukes...) That's at level 1. And she shielded her son from her attack...with her own body.
So, what is Karma?
Karma's basically a dragon which ended up eating the devil, and absorbed all of its powers. At this point, she's basically the Saitama of dragons(I honestly don't see something like Ancalagon standing up to her "dissatisfaction beam," let alone if she fires off a beam with actual bad intentions behind it...)

Superboy Prime Vs Vulcan......two unhinged former heroes, capable of vast destruction.....Prime would win, as his only weakness’ are hard to come by in Marvel (ok, Red Sun’s are easy, but Vulcan would be halfway out of the fight by the time he thinks of it)
