Those folks you just brought up amount to a side mission.

The logic you are applying to the main mission may or may not be something that you have to apply to the side stuff. Doesn't even remotely have to by "It doesn't apply to 'Y', so it is obviously not something that applies to 'X'..." sort of a situation.

Having the time to take five or ten minutes here and there to give those folks the business doesn't really have much to do with that it just doesn't make much sense to deal with Harris when there are obviously more pressing threats on the "Election" front.

If he loses based on time lost to those folks you brought up, he was already a goner.

And you're acting like Trump uses "logic" when he launches random attacks on people, whether on Twitter or otherwise -- about the only person he insults less than Harris is Putin. He's even takes shots at Buttitgieg so it's not about him avoiding "side missions" with candidates that he doesn't see as a threat.

Believe what you want to believe -- not much point in expecting you to discuss Harris rationally, regardless.

Take a second to think seriously about folks who have actually posed a threat to Trump thus far.

Has he just stayed mum on Mueller? Obviously not.

The idea that the guy shuts up about threats doesn't really track.

Hi, I'm french and I notice how it didn't take long to destroy both the US and the UK. Because let's be honest one second, the divide in the population of both countries is beyond repair! The right wing oligarchs did a very good job. I just now have to hope we will resist better in Europe

But the fact that you just ignored that he says nothing about Putin when a dossier has made it clear that Putin most likely has kompromat on Trump shows your comment doesn't really track.

Mueller's "threat" he can control via his position in the executive branch, which is exactly what he's doing to the point where he enlisted Barr to do his dirty work when Sessions wouldn't -- Mueller isn't a "real threat" to Trump when Democrats and the American public can't even read his full report, much less remove him from office via impeachment.

A win by Harris is the probably the only other thing that can put him in jail at this point -- especially if she shows up to the debate and prosecutes him in front of the American public in front of millions of viewers first.

Edit: Correction, I think any other winner could prosecute Trump, but after Obama failed to hold Bush and his criminal cabal accountable after he was elected, I'm going to be more selective this time around.

    Nope. Bad guess.

Avenatti was someone Trump knew posed no threat because "Individual 1" knows he can't be indicted while he's still serving in office.

"FBI warrants show Trump's close involvement in hush money effort"

"Federal search warrants released Thursday detail how Donald Trump and his allies scrambled in the final weeks of the 2016 campaign to arrange a hush-money deal to hide his alleged affair and contain the fallout from related stories in the press.

The internal chaos consumed Trump, then-attorney Michael Cohen, campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks and even reached campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, according to the documents unsealed by a federal court in New York.

The documents are the first time that the US authorities have identified Trump by name and allege his involvement at key steps in the campaign finance scheme. Authorities had previously referred to Trump in court filings as "Individual 1," the person who directed Cohen to make the payments. Trump has publicly denied making the payments.

Cohen pleaded guilty to two campaign finance crimes, among others, and is serving a three year prison sentence...

The communication between Cohen and Trump increased during this period, according to the FBI filing, which said previously Trump and Cohen had spoken "about once a month."

The documents further reveal that Trump spoke with Cohen on the phone at least twice on the day that Cohen initiated a $131,000 wire transfer, money that would eventually make its way to Daniels.

The date was October 26, 2016, less than two weeks before the general election. Within 30 minutes of speaking to Trump, Cohen called up his bank, opened a new account, and transferred $131,000 to that new account. All the while, Cohen was also in communication with Daniels' lawyer and giving him wiring instructions, according to the filings.

The timing is key because prosecutors have previously alleged that Cohen acted "in coordination with and at the direction" of Trump when he made the payments, which were illegal under federal campaign finance laws.

What the hell happened to THAT Lindsey Graham from 2016?

There must be a greenhouse in Trump Tower where they grew the pods to replace the GOP senators and congressmen.

Honestly, this guy seems a lot like "Bill Clinton Impeachment..." LG, to me.

Not like this dude has just never shown a leaning towards nonsense before, and he just ran in the ditch recently. I think dude is just whatever he thinks will work at the time.
