Black Label imprint is the best possible way! No worries of the story being cut prematurely. It might not be new52 but Charles can go back to some of those elements. So happy that Charles still has the interest especially with what they did to new52.

We have artists: Benes, Daniel, Herbert, and Marini are top choices. And we have a writer too, Charles. This needs to happen!

Toy photographers giving a better movie or movie ideas with their photoshoots than the live action movies themselves and even animated. The amount of toy posts we have that actually tells a story can be accumulated to at least make about 4 SMWW movies.

A bit disappointed to not find 4 new chapters in a row like last time. 😅 I guess the author just wanted to get asap to SM/WW's first date and published the first chapters faster.

Oh my... please bring back Charles! He managed to capture the spirit of both young SM and young WW as few in the new 52 version! When you read his stories you feel that he was building something for over 50 editions, a logical story that would leave the way already laid for other potential writers but DC made a point and effort to sabotage him in various shameful ways! SMWW had solid sales before Convergence and DCYou, was bombarded in many ways and for what? To live the shame they are living now? Mediocre sales, meaningless stories? Characters without charisma and completely uncharacterized?

Exactly! Charles was weaving so much together. Bringing their worlds together in logical, natural ways. He didn’t go to the extremes with conflict, characterization was balance. They were young but still mature and still were growing and maturing. They actually went through the steps of a relationship. The doubts, the questions, learning growing together ... etc. He also kept the outsider aspect as it should be. Kal and Diana aren’t a normal couple we are actually showed all of that without meaningless just telling.

SMWW has an unexpected debut, and despite the unnecessary derailment, still has the support. Only yes, Tomasi’s OOC characterizations and conflict, “Truth” storyline was insufferable. The true factors were all outside the actually concept itself.
Now what’s going on now is just...there I guess?
