Also take into this ..Twitch itself linked Ninja's accounts last year after he left ..to porn. Yes folks the very thing Twitch above banned Impact from , they promoted it on Ninja's account and he had spent time trying to get them to disable that (as well as recommending links to other streamers which they had never done).

But as a whole Twitch banning Impact here continues the double standards they continue to have. People have called them out for a long time.

They have some talent but man that show that was linked was fukn ****. Idk if I’ll even watch another episode after that

I would like for the nightmare collection to just go away, they’re segments are consistently the worst thing on the show and really have no upside.

I can’t see aldis main eventing anywhere that matters. He carries himself well but he’s still the same as he was in impact as far as I can see.

Why the in ring of AEW is far superior to the NWA, they both have a comic bent to them. Question Mark fits as well in AEW as he does NWA.

The NWA and AEW are not competition. NWA doesn't have a TV deal.

The NWA title has a history of floating between promotions. Its history makes it more important than some random title that the AEW could come up with.
AEW has comedy people that are actually decent-good talents, question mark sucks but is kind of a funny gimmick. I think AEW fans want less of that kind of thing.

Evans and Angelico are still working AAA half the time aren’t they?? I wish they would move a little faster with Sabina, Penelope and Joey.

IMHO, I don't think that NXT UK should be a weekly show. Just a quarterly special.

    I love their tag division.

Happy with the results of the women's battle royal.

I thought it was an ok episode. I think the Aldis is wasting his time feuding with Ricky Morton. They debuted Marty Scrull and were building with a match with Aldis and they are not following up on it.

I can. Aldis has everything a promoter could want in a main-event guy. He not only carries himself well but he has a great look, he's really good at the mic, able to connect with the crowd and is capable of delivering good matches. The man is a total package.

The thing about Ricky Morton is that wrestling fans actually know who he is. A person who doesn't watch power is more likely to tune in (out of curiosity if nothing else) if they hear Ricky Morton is wrestling Aldis than say Tim Storm. He's a house hold name, so there's SOME value there. Obviosly Morton shouldn't win or anything like that.

Not that I don't disagree with you about Marty... they definately can and should build off of that.

I agree about Aldis. He is a old school throwback. He looks and talks like a champ. He isn't going to have a six star match, but he will have a match that you can invest in as a fan with strong storytelling .

The last Powerrr was pretty bad though. I just check out when the Express is on. Rick Morton can still do a great promo, but the idea of him wrestling in a match just loses my interest. Match quality overall was pretty bad Tuesday .

Morton and Steiner are definitely names that people care about, but when you ring the bell....it's a different story. Both men are in the manager side of their careers.

Morton's thing was more his selling anyways. So if Aldis basically beats the crap out of him for 8 minutes, and Morton can briefly pull off a half descent heroic comeback before ultimately losing I think it'll be fine. It won't get half a dozen stars from Dave, but I think it can be a watchable main event on their TV show. It's about using Morton in the right way to ultimately get Aldis over.

If this were AEW or WWE, I'd feel differently... but for NWA I think ANYONE that can potentially bring in a couple new viewers is worth it.

They need a secondary title for guys like Darby, Guevara, Fenix, Jungle Boy, MJF, etc to tear it up with. Especially now that there's going to be a second show.

They've turned Butcher and Blade into total doofuses.

Brandi and co just, aren't good. They need a better women's storyline than this.

    Pac is awesome.

It appears Rob turned heel back in October at Bound for Glory. This is Rob's 1st heel turn in 20+ years. If anyone doesn't remember he was a heel during the original ECW Invasion and played a cocky young heel. Now he's playing a Charlie Sheen heel who parties too much and loves excess with women etc.

Don Callis made a good funny line , "This is the Rob we all knew backstage , it made me wonder why fans would love the guy."

Also one of the best lines came from Rob to Tommy Dreamer (who is playing an onscreen GM role in Impact it appears now) . "Look dude , I gotta worry about takin care of my girlfriend and my girlfriends , girlfriend ."

AEW still doesn't need the secondary title yet, since they still need to bring value and stories to their main one.

Cody has hinted the second title will be a TV title. Which I think will be fun ... but he said AEW is not in a good place for another title yet.

Lol, NWA has an hour show and less than half of AEW roster and they have 3 singles titles.

The problem with a secondary title is that comes as a title for the sake of a title.

LU got it right with the Gift of the Gods title. It had a purpose. You win it and you get a shot at the world title at a time of your choosing. You had to defend it, or you lose that opportunity. So you couldn't book that guy as a jobber, he has to maintain momentum to get that world title match.

If I were AEW, that would be the type of secondary title I would have. TV, cruiser, and "geographic" titles are outdated.

We agree. It's why I wanted the 3Bs to join the Nightmare Collective. Allie can actually work unlike Kong and Brandy.

I like the potential of the Nightmare Collective. It's the dark side of the Rhodes family. In all honesty, Cody really should be a heel. He has all the ingredients for one.

If you want Cody to be a face, you need to repower him. He is the man who has everything. Like Tony Stark , they need to take his heart. Brandi and Dustin being heels gives him does that he can't beat. He isn't going to fire his wife and brother, no matter what they do, because he loves them. That should isolate him from the Elite.
