Rogue Appreciation 2020

Seriously. I am over the 90's look.

It's not a bad costume but to me repeating the costume in this era just makes it seem like the character has gone back three steps in her development.

Not to mention she's wearing the same costume when she first started dating Gambit too. It reeks of bad nostalgia.

I want them to visually show us she's a different place in her life (life, romance, etc...) and that can start with a new costume. Heck she's married and has made a lot progress with her powers! But the 90s... ;_;

I like how Dustin Weaver mixes her previous costumes here, especially bringing back the rock-and-roll big skunk hair. Not sure the modified sweetheart top from her Outback look works in the jacket-less ensemble...

Agreed on the green. I read them as lime green in the first pic but in others by Weaver, they are yellow.

Yeah. It gets unecessarily busy. Green, the brown on the jacket and belt and black. It's good enough.

I like this uniform, nice mix of her 2 best outfits (classic 90s and outback). I think it looks best without the jacket.
and would look better without the big pouches.

Black and Green has always been my favourite colour combination for Rogue. And especially her Outback outfit. Green boots and gloves and this update would be 100% perfect (minus the jacket and pouches...ugh!)
