Not gonna lie...the only hairstyle I've ever liked on He-Man is the one from the Filmation series. New Adventures and 20XX, wtf was that. The reissued toys, the ones currently on the shelves with more points of articulation...not a fan of his hairstyle there either.

Why keep trying to update the Prince Valiant hair? Yes its dated, just like the Conan the Barbarian look is but they don't try to put him in pants and a shirt. lol The whole look goes together.

Honestly in the end I do feel HB was better at it, and (Sugar Sugar notwithstanding) J&tPC was more memorable and fun than Filmation's Archie.
I was a fan of Archie, but I also agree that it wasn't as memorable. I watched it in the early 70s -- and the characters were dressed like it was the early 60s. They were much more up-to-date in the comics -- very mod. I think I preferred Sabrina -- probably due to the magic/witchcraft -- and the character. But of the three, Josie and the Pussycats was the most humorous.

Filmation wasn't great at humor, but I did like their serious shows -- such as Star Trek and even the Superman/Batman shows which were head and shoulders above the sappy Super Friends (I think those were HB).

As a child of the 70s/80s I have a soft spot for SuperFriends, but anywhoo

Filmation did try several more "series" shows. One of my favorites was their remake of Fantastic Voyage. Although the premise is somewhat ridiculous many of the story dealt with adult theme such as political tensions, love, even death that I think you would have a hard time totally redoing even today

Worth a view on YT or other places

That dude is long-winded. Too many tangents. But beyond that, cool story about the Faker sticker.

Anyway, I figured out all of the He-Man figures have a complimentary adversary. The only one that makes sense for Faker is Zodac/k, purely by process of elimination, though.

I found the episode with the title "The Cat and the Spider" to be underwhelming.
I'd like to see a Disney+ series consisting of 6 episodes with that title starring Spider-Man and the Cat
