Not to mention several distinct live-action DC continuities/universes. Not sure if we'll ever have that again in the Gunn/Safran era.

Variety thinks that neither S&L nor GK will get renewed. THR thinks one of them will, S&L has the higher ratings but is expensive whereas GK has lower ratings but is cheap. My guess is GK gets renewed for one more season and they slash the budget even more.

I dont know why they are taking their sweet time with their announcements. Just let us know already....if S&L ends then my time with TheCW is officially done which feels weird as their was a time where it was very important to me that any tv package I had included the network lol.

It’s a shame because S3 of S&L is shaping up to be the best season of the show. I would’ve liked one more season to wrap things up, but given it IS the CW it’s just as possible the next season would have jumped the shark regardless. If it ends now it will end on a high note at least.

It is the end of an era, both the Arrowverse and DCEU are ending this year as well as the last of the DCU app holdovers (Doom Patrol and Titans)
Done with DC. Can't handle the constant whiplash! Time to go on a hiatus!

I’m hyped. Surprising that the Superman show must have been greenlit before the Batman one if Superman is coming out soon and Batman isn’t anywhere near ready.

Maybe the anime vibe will appeal to a younger audience.

This looks really cute and fun! Definitely already leaning into Clark and Lois falling for each other!

    Laurence Fishburne Perry!

Kind of curious what the audience ratio for this will end up being.

They should've let Jimmy be a redhead. If you're using this art style, embrace it
