Yeah, I've seen some theorize that episode 3 will end on a cliffhanger of the worlds merging and episode 4 deals with the new "Post-Crisis" Arrowverse Earth.

Of course, for the CW the real reason for the gap is ratings. They get a spike in ratings for December and then another one in January, which translates into advertising dollars. Show me the money. $$$$

I think they are doing their best to get this done. In addition, I'd like to see Green Arrow 2046 again.

Eh, I don't hate the Future Arrow stuff, but I wouldn't say I enjoy it either. Its missing something, but I'm not sure what, exactly.

For me none of the future characters seem interesting. We have already had a season of them and nothing about them makes me want to see more of them.

Even when I didn't like the flashbacks anymore, they usually served to comment on the story in the present in some way. Just like the flashbacks in KUNG FU and LOST. I don't see how the flash forwards relate to the present in any material way. Maybe I'm not smart enough to figure out the relationship--but then TV shows don't usually expect the audience to be smart and the association should be obvious. I just don't get it. All I see is a pause in the story I'm interested in following for something that doesn't matter.

Green Arrow 2046 = Old Man Oliver Queen with a bionic arm. HIM I'd like to see again as well. The Scooby Gang in the flashforwards, no.
