Good point. Will add them also.
When Robinson hadn't revealed the identity of Radiance, I think Namor's Trident had suggested Miss America Chavez as a possibility. And she may still be one, as I thought Robinson said there was another 'new' character joining / showing up later?
I think she would be fun.
I don't think so. But we don't know lots about her, either.
Well, she wouldn't have that band of brothers connection, but there could be some other connection that could be forged. It wasn't like Toro and Bucky were immediately accepted as full fledged Invaders, either.
Oh, and thanks for sharing all the pics! Great reminders of cool stories!
I believe Robinson said that's sort of his gameplan -- but also with bringing on other Invaders -- he wants to establish these four guys first. Though, we are supposed to get some Union Jack love, hopefully after the Deathloks arc.
Hmmmm. Citizen V. I wonder if Robinson is going to use that?
Wow. I'm not really feeling any of those costumes. That 90's version at least picks up on the segmented armor of a scorpion, but it's totally NOT a Golden Age costume.... and it's just too EXTREME. Female Stryfe indeed.
Her original Golden Age costume, as drawn in Avengers / Invaders, is probably the best of the bunch.
I'm in. Pushed my dislike of Pugh's art-style aside and purchased issues 1-4 this morning. Just finished reading them. I think Robinson has a good handle on the characters thus far. And I like the story.
I'll definitely buy 5 and 6 and continue to pre-order here on out.
Cheers for the excellent thread everyone. I'm glad one character I love and two I really like are all in one book.
archer * magician *soldier * spy
By the way, let's not leave out . . . The Thin Man!
Who worked with both the Liberty Legion and The Invaders.
No kidding! There's tons of stories I still want to see.
I never expected Invaders to be a big seller, but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that it will level off above the cancellation line. I think Robinson doing tie-ins to the events will help out there too.
Yay!!! Glad you got them, and even more happy you liked the story!
