Batman: One Dark Knight by Jock

I like the premise - simple but solid foundation for a nice quick and gritty mini. With good art to boot. Hopefully there's some surprises along the way.

Can't help but point out that Batman's "dragging a highly difficult E.M.P." during a black out. A villain who can cause an electromagnetic pulse maybe?

So, what's that make it now? 2 or 3 new Black Label books that are all Batman? I was hoping that with the freedom the Black Label imprint provides, we'd see unique stories for other DC characters. While I don't mind more unique Batman books, I'm disappointed that most of the Black Label stories have been about Batman. Might as well just call it "Batman Label".

Sadly it makes sense, the Black Label was created to cater to the book market...which means catering primarily to what sells...which sadly means pretty much just Batman.

Someone did the math couple of weeks earlier and it was evenly split between Batman and everyone else. I guess this one gives +1 to Batman.

Yeah, but it's still half Batman and half everyone else having to share. I can get why some non-Batman fans might be angered that he's had half the line all to himself. Luckily I'm a fan so don't mind it, but I understand where others are coming from.
