As to the actual match-up...

No powers? Cloak and Dazzler are pretty pointless here and it’s basically a fight between Longshot and Dagger. My money would be on Longshot, who has the most combat experience and carries actual weapons (the knives).

With powers? Cloak is the most powerful, but Longshot is like Domino or Black Cat. Luck powers do not a good Rumble make. Any random thing can happen.

Eh, uneven match ups happen, nothing wrong with that (unless it's some intentional curbstomp, but that's not what this was). Sometimes characters that seem thematically interesting to pit against each other turn out to be less so on closer eyeballing, that's all.

Longshot throws a knife, which travels through cloaks dagger. Inside cloaks dimension, it so happens an upheaveal is taking place. The leader of this revolutions stumbles upon a machine that would have taken him back to the real world, but instead causes an object to be sent back. This is of course Longshots dagger.

Yeah, exactly what happened here. The pair had never encountered each other AFAIK so curiosity on how the match up will go got the better of me. It seemed a interesting idea to pitch cloak a dark and brooding person with extra dimensional powers gainst a happy go lucky person from another dimension. Similarly I was curious how daggers light daggers fared against dazzlers light beam powers. On paper it looked like a ideal match up before all the logistics were brought to my attention by Beadle. Lol
