The best cover of the month for me. I cried when I saw this cover.

It's a beautiful cover but their relationship leaves me cold, I never got the feeling that there was any real connection between the two. At least she's going back to Yukio now

It happened in that wretchedly bad Omega Flight mini. So anticlimactic. The Great Beasts looked like cute purple dinosaurs.

All the more reason I'm fearing Scott makes the sacrifice play rumored of him dying there because the next cover is Havok rallying the heroes.

Alpha Flight battles The Great Beasts every other day.

They've battled them at least three times so far. And I just finished Mantlo's run.

I am so out of the loop, there's rumors that Cyclops is going to die? And then Havok happens?

The main plan running through multiple sites is that the heroes are actually the villians of the story and the villians are seen as heroes. The covers are meant to be ploys and Deadpool is not affected because of his HF and crazy. Iron Man had been keeping files and files on mutants and had financed the mutate experiemnts and they find this out as well.
Cyclops plays a big role in the plan but no one can seem to determine what that is. Bendis stated his chacraters and books will not be affected so either Scott is leaving the Uncanny book after the OS or he is not as major as it seems. There was a thought that he is killed, possibly by Thor and the void is unleashed but this seems unlikely.
Havok shows his leadership skills by being the best villian ever!
These are just a collection of ongoing rumours running through sites (no the message boards) so none of this can be proven, but some of them do make sense.

I'm looking forward to AXIS. I've skipped the last Marvel events.. Remender writing Wade again is a plus. So yea, I'm excited for it.

SH does some great work. Her art piece Storykiller is superb. I think Ororo should wear the cowl as part of her outfit now in memorium.
