Wiki calls the Jean Warp Jean Grey. And according to it this character is a warp between Phoenix Force and Jean Grey, not with Magneto.

So even though Jean is not an Omega TK anymore she is still the top telepath over Xavier, Casandra Nova, Quire and Emma.
