When I was younger, I used to pretend Disney's Three Musketeers rolls right into The Man in the Iron Mask.
The old Zorro TV show, I consider canon for the Antonio Banderas movies.
I think I even tried to reconcile Sword in the Stone with Excalibur as a kid.
The Scream franchise, IKWYDLS franchise and View Askewniverse exist in the same cinematic universe for me and not just because of the Jay and Silent Bob cameo.
I do like the Wall-E leads to A Bug's Life theory.
Snatch. Lock Stock, Hackers and Trainspotting, El Mariachi Trilogy, Blow and Casino are all in the same universe to me.
I consider Halloween 4-6 part of the real Halloween continuity. Rob Zombie's two and III don't exist, and H20 and H11 are Elseworlds.
Bates Motel minus the last season and Psycho are the same universe.
All the Herbie films are in continuity/same universe. Both the Love Boat made for TV one and Lindsey Lohan's. The TV show too.
Mighty Ducks films, Airborne, Little Giants, Ladybugs, the first four Karate Kid films, Only the Strong, and the KO Karate Kid with Billy Banks, all those wolf movies (White Wolf, etc. that had all those 90s teen actors from Kids Incorporated, 90210, Saved by the Bell, other stuff) are all the same universe.
Total Recall, Lost in Space and the Burton Planet of the Apes are the same universe.
All the Grisham novel films, Jack Ryan films, and Alex Cross films are the same universe.
I secretly imagine the Ocean's Eleven trilogy and Fast and Furious franchises coexist and that Danny Ocean and crew look down on the others' crude antics. I also imagine the UK show Hustle in the same world.

I take it the OP never returned to define what he meant by a TRUE shared universe though I have to assume he meant anything that was designed from the start to be a shared universe which eliminates DC.

Potanical, I also used to pretend a lot of TV shows existed in the same universe and imagined meetings of the characters like the Cartwrights of Bonanza meeting Marshall Dillon and the characters from Gunsmoke or Caine from Kung Fu meeting Marshall Dillon or the TV detectives having a teamup although Frank Cannon and Barnaby Jones really did have one.

Then there were the almost slapstick comedy shows like the Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres and Petticoat Junction that existed in the same universe.

Then there was Hercules and Xena. Of course, it wasn't designed to be a shared universe because Xena didn't exist at the start and they outright ignored continuity between the shows in major ways. Odin on "Xena" was a completely different personality and background than he was on "Hercules" for example.
    Power with Girl is better.

At the end of Cabin In The Woods, the Ancient Ones awaken and erupt from The Facility to cause the apocalypse...the same apocalypse that occurs in This Is The End. I think that the God of This Is The End saw what was going on Earth at the end of TCITW and decided that this was the right time to rapture everyone up into Heaven. The giant demon that we see might have been one of the Ancient Ones.

One of my great tv loves of all time, Chuck, apparently takes place in the same universe as Die Hard.

(Reginald VelJohnson appeared as Sgt. Powell in both.)

Any other Shared universes that I haven't listed.
1972- -Several King Feature Syndicate comic strip characters first crossed over into a shared universe in the 1972 cartoon "movie" Popeye Meets the Man Who Hated Laughter

Pictured the King Feature action heroes; The Phantom, Flash Gordon, Mandrake, Lothar, Steve Canyon for the first time came together.

1985- Years later This King Feature shared universe idea would be revisited again when The Phantom, Mandrake, Lothar & Flash Gordon teamed up again in the 1985 Defenders of the Earth animated series.

2013- And yet again in Dynamite comics, who in 2013 had secured the right to the three franchises under one roof, now naming them together as Kings Watch

Sadly, as far as the movies rights, I believe The Phantom, Mandrake + Lothar & Flash Gordon are being developed at different studious, so a shared movie-verse is unlikely at the time.

Matthew Vaughn of King's Men fame was recently taped to direct Flash Gordon, I think he'd actually perfect to develop all three, and lead them into a shared universe.

Hopefully at some point, one studio can eventually get them under one roof again, and do a shared universe film.

According to the massive 2014 SONY hack, they were working on it as a movie/sequel to Django , the result of it is what became the comic- http://www.businessinsider.com/djang...-movie-2014-12

The REAL first video game movie is still the best movie. (live action Mario was the THIRD video game movie behind this and the Mario anime so why is it listed as the first when it's not!)

The existance of Mark Sheppard strongly suggest it does not. Otherwise there's basically just be the one shared universe everything is a part of.
