Why use the characters of they are not going to be the characters?

If you are going to adapt a character you got to leave something that's recognizable.

If you are going to adapt a character you got to leave something that's recognizable.

As an 80's Titans fan, I thought the same thing about Teen Titans go and how big of a travesty it was.

Now it's arguably the most recognizable version of the characters.

Willing to wait and see. But I'm glad the buzz is that is that it's (at least) decent. Possibly good.

Whenever I watch these trailers I never get a feeling this takes place in the actual world. Like the arrowverse and netflix shows do. Like the sets or sounds stages all seem cheap. Kudos for having beast boy actually transforms. Rumors were he was gonna get his amaya on.

Just going by looks but if I was told this was a Prequel to the Birds of Prey TV series I'd buy it.

Well, I guess that explains a lot of the "Snyder" terms folks have been framing it in.

What were they going to do?

Not give their initial live action show a second season?

Seems like that would be the beginning of the end for the service if they did.

As someone mentioned in this thread, they likely got a second season with Netflix getting the international rights. Just like what happened with Star Trek Discovery.

If this is the case, then Joker sure as hell should be dead in this universe. Otherwise, it's just "edgy" just for the sake of it.
