He's around the same age as Moira and Charles, so like mid 40s to early 50s. Emma is like ~30 even though she should be closer to his age per Claremont.

Emma is within the same age range as Scott and Jean. In her solo run, Emma was a teenager watching the news when the o5 (then teenagers too) made their tv debut.
