Speed Force, what's your take on the '90s Incredible Hulk cartoon? I notice that it's not looked upon fondly here on the forums, but from what little I saw of it, I thought it had heart and it was a fair bit darker than the average '90s Marvel animated series.

I never saw this on Dutch TV. This MUST have been solid gold. It's just too insane to not be.
    it was fantastic

    the premise was this:

Led by Ashley Hunter-Coddington (Catherine Oxenberg), a former MI6 operative, and Mike Savage (Brendan Kelly), a former CIA agent, the H.E.A.T. members fight international terrorism and crime. They receive their assignments from Mr. Smith (John Vernon), the mysterious head of C-5, a clandestine government organization linked to the United Nations. The team operates throughout the Caribbean and around the world under cover as fashion models and photographers.[1] The team members are Catherine "Cat" Avery Pascal (Alison Armitage), a former cat-burglar, who had to choose between life imprisonment or working as part of HEAT for a year learning their values, Tommy Chase (Michael Worth), the martial arts expert who has a deep understanding of the human mind, Brett Richardson (Spencer Rochfort), a former Navy SEAL, with a vast knowledge of explosives, Krissie Valentine (Holly Floria), the computer genius that can do anything with computers no matter the situation and who eventually is involved with fellow team member Marcos, Marcos Chavez (Randy Vasquez), a member of Los Federales and whose contacts in Mexico provide a much needed help, Arthur Small (Graham Heywood) who deals with the teams logistics and manages the "facade" of the Beach Fashion Enterprise and Claudio (Fabio), the owner of the hotel where the team has its headquarters.

    Season 2 with She-Hulk is so-so
Season 1 is pretty good, a fine fun adaption of classics from after the end of the Mantlo run

I agree so hard. I was just a child then, so all I had to do was go to school and watch Toonami all day long.

The Batman vs Superman movie has one of the best subtitles so far
It's unnecessary, sounds and looks ridiculous even without thinking of this movie as a vs movie

Ooh! I was trying to remember what people liked as far as Spidey cartoons. I'll have to play him an episode of that.

Being young, my taste in the movies was… unrefined, to say the least. Phantom Menace and Godzilla were two of my favorite movies back then.

In those days my dad used to by movie tapes for us
I remember being with him by the end of the era of the Betamax cassettes, he purchased a large bundle of movies in stock for a low price
I think that was in 1995

I did not see Phantom Menace back then, but I really liked Godzilla, I still have fun watching it
One movie of that decade I could never understand how my older siblings enjoyed is Cool World, that movie is so lousy thinking about it makes me consider watching Double Dragon instead, another movie I found underwhelming and they enjoyed

Man, people on the internet are full of it. Wait. Hold on... where are we again?

Do you and/or the internet prefer a different Spider-Man cartoon?

I think they're just being crotchety. It's a fun fresh take on Spidey, especially since most previous animated Spider-Man series tend to center on the angst factor. (I think Spectacular Spider-Man got the balance right, though.)
