I'm guessing it depends on "dark phoenix" movie.If it can sell cyclops to the audience,they will bring him back.If it can sell jott,maybe they'll get back together in the comics too.Thing is i don't think the movie is ever gonna release.

Just read X-men Blue #31. It was primarily a Magneto-centered issue, but O5 Cyclops had some nice moments. I highly recommend it.
