Yeah. If not Brubaker, Aaron would be a solid choice.

Nathan Edmondson teased that he might be writing a third book to go along with his Black Widow and Punisher books. And we know that WS will appear in the BW book in the near future. So I'm wondering if Edmondson might be setting up to write a new WS book. Personally, I'd love this (his BW and Punisher books are both great).

    My best bet is Deathlok.

I'd buy it, < lord I hope this does not come across like a slag >

but I'd hope for someone else like Michael Lark, Mike Perkins or Butch Guice.

I can't see Sean doing this style anymore. His wonderfully angular nuts art from Wildcats seems like it's long gone. Now of course he could prove me very wrong (and that would be great if he did), but a different artist would work better for this character. Now put those two on Moon Knight or Punisher and Sean's current style would probably work nicely.

I haven't read much of Jason's work with Bucky, can you elaborate on this? I want a new series too.

If only... but I think it's Deathlok which kind of makes me wonder how it would fit with the Punisher and Black Widow.

Given his push in Original Sin, you're probably right.

A very creepy piece of fan art.

Not sure who the artist is, but wow that is menacing.

I had to cancel my Hot Toys WS figure order > real life stuff. I am not too bummed since it's not Smithsonian Bucky (which is the figure I wish Hot Toys would make.)

Fingers crossed something really good (i.e. new WS/Bucky series) comes out of Original Sin.

Re: Hot Toys, no biggie. I am meant to have something even better I think.

    But enough of that, the-winter-soldier.jpg

And noodling around Marvel's psych ward series and found this 2008 entry on Bucky.

That Psych Ward piece was interesting, I hope they revisit Bucky sometime soon. It's also a fun read after you've read Brubaker's Cap run.

That IS creepy. He almost look like he's dead / zombie Bucky.

Aawwww! Sorry to hear that. Hopefully your better thing comes thru!

That artist really captured the "dead eyed" look Sebastian gave the WS for most of his running time.

This recent acquisition is a worthy substitute for the figure: Captain America 617 page 7 (by Butch Guice...) > wondering if I should frame it. Love the little flashbacks to the WS before the current reality kicked back in.

Here it is with Elizabeth Breitweiser's terrific colors.

I so want Guice to illustrate another Bucky/WS book.

Okay, that's a great alternative! Congrats! And now I see where your avatar came from.

And yes, you should frame it.

Thanks. Wish I acted a lot sooner... but I'm grateful to have this piece. I have to scour conventions to see if and when Guice will appear, I'd love a commission (if he does them.)

I was just rereading the Electric Ghost storyline last night and am wondering if Latour got a peek at the CATWS script > given the Joe Robards/Hydra stuff and how Nick said to Bucky that S.H.I.E.L.D. were getting a bit worried that Bucky was coming clean about his assassination-filled past. At any rate, that was a fun arc and I appreciate the Robards stuff a lot more now than I did while the story was unfolding.

What do you think are the odds Bucky will appear in Agent Carter?
