I would be so down for a new Gotham Central. I'm not sure if they could capture that magic again, but it would be nice to see more focus on the GCPD again .
Harvey did eventually get an entry in DC's Who's Who books, though not until after he had moved on from the GCPD.

You can't repeat Gotham Central because DC doesn't attract writers of that calibre anymore and it has aged pretty damn well. Maybe do someting a little different like Gotham Med/Gotham Hospital

Interesting idea and we have characters for that, Dr. Leslie Thompkins, Psychiatrist Victoria October and Surgeon Tamara Fox, but DC's just not good at passive stuffs... they like the active stuffs like detecting or fighting. I mean look at what they did to DC heroes therapy story.
Set it at Arkham though, and they'll be interested because it stars the villains as the active force, but yeah, they'll turn it into a villain feature.
