I am weirdly down for a Nanny/Mr Sinister ship.

Villlains plus Havok. I would bet Lady Deathstrike, Feral, Nanny and the Orphanmaker, Empath, Sinister and Gauntlet the Apocalypse rider. Bunch of weirdos basically. I hope it is Lady Sinister, at least, but I think she does not usually wear the cape thingie.

I'm seeing Gauntlet too. This is cool.

I think you might be right about Gauntlet, and the guy in the foreground is wearing what looks like an old Hellions uniform gloves, so that could be Empath.

The mostly b-list villains are making me think that might not be Rasputin, but I'm not sure who else has a sword that isn't already being used elsewhere.

Is anybody else getting Rosenberg vibes?

Got an entire island full of X-characters fans really want to see get attention and spotlight...

And instead we're getting a book with Nanny, Orphanmaker, and a bunch of other random villains...

The Sword Girl is my Lady Deathstrike bet. She seems to be wearing skirts and striking a pose. I would prefer Rasputin, but this seems a X-Thunderbolts book.

I thought perhaps the person in the right corner could've been Emplate/Marius St. Croix, but it probably is Mr. Sinister.

- Marvel could alternate between publishing this and Fallen Angels every six issues. Sinister could serve as the common thread between the two.
- I think this could be a promo image rather than an actual cover.

Reading up on Nannys backstory theres a lot to explore having her on Krakoa. Im excited. Sword lady definitely screams Rasputin to me with that hair, she also has an obvious connection to Sinister.

Catseye is a good guess. Scalphunter is a good possibility too, the thing that's throwing me there is that the figure seems to be wearing a hood. I thought that was Gauntlet, but he's an Inhuman, no?
