I'm a big Black Panther fan, but some of the list online exclude good Black Panther storylines.

Wanted to know from fans who have been reading Thor comics for some time what other good stories are out there. Unless many of you agree with most of the List online of Thor's greatest stories.
Personally, I had no complaints with the list. The only additions I'd make would be these three:

"Every Hand Against Him!" (Journey into Mystery #110)

"The Power of the Thunder God!" (Journey into Mystery #111)

"Alone Against the Celestials!" (Thor #387, 388, 389)

    Classic Thor at its finest.
I think an easy way to look at Thanos stories is that anything written by Jim Starlin, Ron Marz and Keith Giffen is the real Thanos while anything written by other authors should be dismissed as a Thanosi clone.

What Thor stories would people in this board recommend for someone interested in Thor?
Read all of Dan Jurgens run, I have no idea why it's not on the list, but it's easily the best Thor run alongside Simonson's.

Just, ugh, just skip the part with the clone of Thanos and Mangog.

What do you guys think of Durok the Demolisher?

Me personally i think he's just another one-dimensional super strong monster. The Destroyer Armor and Mangog already took that niche.

Also, Thor defeated with electricity? What the Hel was Stan Lee thinking?

the only thing I liked from that storyline was thor evacuating civilians using his hammer and wiping their memory after bringing them back.

Back when Mjolnir was capable of more than just conduct lightning.

I have a question for you Thor fans.

Does Thor get his powers through Prayer???

I have found scans where it’s stated that Thor’s powers are produced by the prayers of Humans. Now, I’m not an expert of Thor, but even I know that’s not entirely true.

So, I wanna know what you guys think?

I know you don't like the portrayal of Thanos there, but even then it was a pretty good arc and Mangog was a badass beast as always.

Maybe to some degree, but I don't think it's the main source of his powers.

    But how???

There have been many instances that show Thor using his godly powers without the use of Prayers.

what you see of Thor is Thor with his own power.

there are few instance where he got a huge boost from prayers (Thor absorbing the Godbomb for example).
