Man. Watching Baki waste away from the poison all over again in the Netflix show is just heart breaking.

I mean, obviously I know he gets better eventually but still.

For the people in the Anima games, post coming tomorrow.

I've been a zombie the last week or so due to terrible sleep, forcing myself to sleep early today so I can post.

Looks like Sonic might at least look like Sonic.
Most likely by inflicting an extended crunch period on their animation team.

This isn't ethical. They should confirm that they are moving the release date to allow time for this to happen.

I've seen some speculation that, if Sonic does have a substantially different design, then they would have been working on it even before the Trailer came out. The idea being that they gain positive buzz by "listening to the fans"

We are in a new era of next level viral marketing. The timeline will be an interesting to observe.

I mean it's not like the backlash started with just the trailer, it's been ongoing ever since that promo image was burned into our brains, the trailer just confirmed that yeah it looks just as crap in motion as it does in stock

I'm pretty sure the backlash started when the silhouette poster came out that looked like a human with Sonic's head... Of course, in the trailer his proportions give him an appearance that's been described as a furry naked child. And with the creepy 'child in a bag' joke at the end of the trailer, well... I believe Sonic said it best:

Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.
