Seriously, though, you can't prove that the rule of law matters when the jury is rigged. And the jury is rigged here, as long as the Republicans in the Senate will vote to acquit.

I notice most of the time Fox isn't giving the Trump rallies wall to wall coverage yet but I expect that to change. Between going to his golf courses, having these pop up rallies and going on Twitter, he doesn't do as much office time as any of the past POTUS.

But he made some pretty crazy pronouncements which is to say standard Trump b.s.

One scary thing is he is throwing out this idea that he can serve 3, 4 or maybe 5 terms, which would require a change in the Constitution. But Trump never let's facts get in his way, especially something that's in a document he probably never read. Even worse, he tosses out that old GOP scare about their 2nd amendment nefariously disappearing somehow if a Democrat is elected. This just plays into the ignorance of a lot of folks, including Trump himself, about what it takes to get an amendment repealed or changed. First off, you have to have a 2/3 vote in the House and Senate to propose it or a Constitutional Convention. But yeah, people fall for that one when they trot that out during elections.
