Question Yun, I assume you're going to add more setting/lore notes in due time but I have an upfront question - on a scale from like... Blade Runner to Mad Max how post apocalyptic are we talking here?
There are lawyers and wills and stuff so despite the hellscape, there's still like laws and ****, right?
Not quite post-apocalyptic. More like the apocalypse is happening but at a really slow pace. Aside from the U.S. being heavily damaged in three regions and being unable to recover on its own, life has kinda just carried on for the undamaged regions and the rest of the world.
And I have a possible Stand Name I'd like to use if it's okay: Genesis

CHARACTER SHEET
「Stand User」
Name: Suzie Zee
Appearance:
Usually wears a purple synthetic leather jacket over some skirt-and-tights ensemble over stiletto knee-boots. [2]
Age: 21
Date of Birth: November 13th. 2021
Gender: Female
Race/Ethnicity: Anglo-Persian
Place of Birth: Kent, England
Weight/Height: 115lbs / 52 kg || 5'6" / 165 cm
Personality:
Best described as a gloomy introvert, Suzie's manner is usually possessed of a silence that comes largely from anxiety. Paired with a face stilled to a remarkably flat, closed off expression, she somehow has a tendency to fade out of notice despite her stark appearance.
Her seeming lack of outward engagement may give the impression that she is silent and frozen with apathy. It's usually the case that her initial passive demeanour is the result of neurotic overthinking. Of the many overlapping contradictions in life, she often finds herself hyper-aware of the world around her and the distinct impression of how things are supposed to be. She puts this scrutiny onto everything, and Suzie is especially put upon herself in copious self-examination; she knows she sticks out, hates the attention, yet feels no reason to enact the labour to change who she is. It's as terrible as she expects, but she's long accepted that's just the way it is.
Regardless, her attention to detail gives way to compulsions to fix things and smooth them over, and so she will pick at loose stitches, stare at grey hairs, and dust things off as a matter of passing the time.
Musical Reference: Siouxsie and the Banshees
Choice Tracks for Character Themes:
Image Song: Dazzle
Suzie and the Stand (1st manifestation): Eve White/Eve Black
Likes:
- Alternative fashion and makeup
- Strong contrasts
- Kashke bademjan (eggplant dip)
- Small animals
Dislikes:
- Loud conversation
- Making introductions and smalltalk
- Heavy, greasy food
- The pressure of someone else's expectation
Background:
Suzie Zee was raised by parents who instilled her quite fervently the value of the classics. Historical testaments from the Scroll of Cyrus II, the great city of Persepolis, the fires of Zoroaster...she couldn't wait to get away from the entanglements, of blood and pride and the distant green country that, let's face it, wasn't so green anymore. After all, not much remains of the classics but bleached bones and ruins anyway, only letters and lineages she had nothing to do with.
So she fell into a crowd of the most fantastical escapists there are: theatre kids. How easy it was to just...pretend to be somebody else. Change a walk and put on a mask, at a glance nobody would question who the person underneath is. It was quite fascinating...though she never wanted to play along, preferring to avoid centre stage, picking up bit parts just so she wouldn't be left behind. Still she did her part in making them at least look the part, picking and adding pieces and colour so everything belonged on the stage.
Have you ever found the one thing you're actually good at, and yet absolutely loathe it? A deft hand and an eye for detail got her some notice. The small company stood out, despite just how rubbish their theatre was at the time.
Therefore Suzie - through no real aspiration of her own - followed the current and somehow found herself aa beautician and cosmetologist of some renown, picking up freelance gigs of making faces disappear beneath foundations and turning people and things into something else. An odd enigma, for how can somebody be so antisocial, yet find just the thing to make things cohesively belong with fidelity? Just a matter of observation, she supposed, to make something look like it wasn't there in the first place. Convention, after all, is something rather easy to get lost in, isn't it? Just do as everyone else tells you, and you'll end up like everything else conventionally does.
Still if everything's old and been done already, then she'd rather try to make things new, and she vehemently pushed herself to go against the aesthetic current, relishing the small irony that this is how 'new' trends are born. It's all so shallow...and one day, it gave her such a feeling of loathing that it just made her want to disappear into herself.
And she did the moment the spirit beside her opened its dreadful maw.
A few days later she received the letter from the Joestar Estate. Could this new condition be related to this overseas tycoon? With this dreadful thing lingering over her back with nobody else apparently able to see it, she's done perhaps the most adventurous thing in her entire life; board a plane.
Talent/Skills:
- Makeup, wardrobe and set dressing: Suzie's design sense and skill in cosmetics and costuming are at a professional level, such that, given enough time to prepare and the proper materials, she can make a client disappear into somebody else's look, or make a hallway into a hotel room.
- Has a decent, if unconventional singing voice - but good luck prying it out of her
Equipment:
- Roller Suitcase: Red. Damaged wheel that drags. Besides changes of clothes, Suzie also carries around:
- Cosmetic Supplies: Foundation, concealer, blush, lip liner, synthetic nails, hairspray, the works. Much of it was lost in the bus incident.
- Sewing Kit: For garment repair, with needles for fine and thick materials.
- Digital Camera: A small personal camera. Used mostly for reference. Composition of shots is gonzo amateurish.
Other:
- Her knowledge of Farsi is essentially nonexistent, being the 3rd generation in a line of landed immigrants (Mother - Mary; Stepfather - Farrokh Zee)
- Image, naming convention, and musical reference comes from Siouxie Sioux and Suzi Q

「Stand:」「Jigsaw Feeling」
(Source: Vetala, SMT III)
Stand Ability:
1) Switch: Suzie can store an item or a portion of it inside of Jigsaw Feeling's body. While contained in the Stand's body, this singular item is preserved in stasis, in the condition in which it was first obtained. The target can be stored in suspension for about 6 hours (as per PST stat) before it must be restored in its original place or otherwise expelled.
If Suzie uses Jigsaw Feeling's ability on herself, she can store her body within her stand, granting her temporary, localized intangibility at the cost of all mobility for 6 seconds (as per PST stat).
Destructive Power (POW): A [41]
Speed (SPD): C [21]
Range (RGE): D [11]
Persistence (PST): C [21]
Precision (PRC): B [31]
[Total = 125]
Development Potential (PNT): A [50/50 remaining]
Conditions/Drawbacks: (Limits of your stand's abilities and how they are activated)
- Jigsaw Feeling can only store a single item or a portion of a substance at a time
- This single item or portion cannot exceed her POW stat in Kg plus Suzie's mass (currently 41 POW + 52 Kg = 93 kg, approx. 206 lbs)
- The item must be expelled or returned before the ability can be used again.
- When storing a living being, the single-item condition is dependent on what the target feels is indispensable.
- For example: clothes, accessories, etc. remain so long as the target isn't overly conscious of them as being extraneous to their person.
- Somebody abjectly afraid of something like a pursuant swarm of bugs will not be stored with them.
- Somebody being bristlingly aware of something exclusive to their person, like a delicious sandwich nobody else can have or an active grenade, will not be able to carry it with them into Jigsaw Feeling as an accessory
- Effective Range is currently 11 feet (Approx. 3.3 metres) from Suzie's position

The Placeholder time she comes
Name: Lucy Lennon
Age: 20
Date of Birth: Oct 9th, 2022
Gender: Female
Race/Ethnicity: Unknown
Place of Birth: Unknown
Appearance:
Weight/Height: 5'5", 124
Personality: straight faced and lacking emotion at a glance, Lucy serious nature is often betrayed by the curiosity she has for the world and the things she never experienced as a lab rat turned child soldier....which is generally everything outside the sphere of fighting and survival. She is polite in conversation, but often stumbles over her own inexperience with speech and struggles with a obedient nature despite a distaste for it.
Likes: Guns, Flowers, Jokes.
Dislikes: Killing, Orders, Being Alone.
Background:
Lucy never had a particularly good life, one worth remembering at least...even if should could. The only thing about her childhood that truly meant anything to her was that she once had a mother who loved her very much....and a father who didn't. The latter had left them alone, for whatever reasons her mother never said, though she still seemed to think fondly of him.
Maybe if he had been there....when the men came to take her away. When only her mother could defend her but hadn't the strength to do so....screaming and crying as she was carried away.
Maybe if he had been there....she never would have been suffocated in that choking, burning dust with those other children. Gasping for air, crying, changing.
Maybe if he had been there....she never would have been forced to learn all those horrible ways to take a life. A gun pushed into her hands though she was but a child.
Maybe if he had been there....Maybe....
But he wasn't, and so she was taught to do things no child should be taught. Forced into a life as a weapon, at the cost of what could have been a normal life....forced to kill in the name of a cause she knew nothing about. Forced to watch others like her die for that cause.
A Killer...taken to early to know what a normal life is, and too late to be completely ignorant of it.
But left in silence, as she often was, gave her ample time to dwell on even the smallest fragment....and it slowly eroded the iron will and unquestioning obedience they had smothered her with for years...
It took a tragedy to clear the scales from her eyes...and when she did, she took what she could and ran. Away from her captors, away from the blood and violence and death....
...and no matter how long it took....back to a place she could call home, her true home.
Tragically, one where nobody was waiting for her.....except a letter.
A letter.....from her father....

Important Note:
Each "ring" of her Stands outer body can detach, shrink and enlarge to suit a desired purpose such as carrying objects and acting as platforms.
Stand Ability:
Kaleidoscope Eyes
Eyes to pierce the fog of reality and reveal the truth, as she wishes to perceive it, to others.
Kaleidoscope eyes grant Lucy the sight of her Stand, enhanced to see in all directions with crystal clarity through illusions, subterfuge and lies.
When focused on another, her eyes significantly increase her ability to influence her enemy...allowing her to mold their perception through her words alone.
Her stand core(A darkened humanoid shape at the heart of her stand) takes up position behind her, and cannot act while this effect is active save to defend itself with its rings. Requires eye contact for the effect to remain active.
