Also depends on just how much of a role Silver Surfer gets based on his solits claiming he is granted the power to rebirth the marvel universe.

Perhaps Phoenixclops can go eye to face mask with Doom.

exactly, Scott may have stepped into the shadows to run his revolution, but he's still a hero, he'd sacrifice himself to save people in a heart beat.

na he has to be a creation of Doom. The only people he didn't create copies of where the original 616 Fantastic Four because he already had save them and he hates/fears Reed Richards so there is no way he was going to be in Doom's new world and of course i don't think Doom created other Dooms. Ultimate End is a pre-AXIS creation so any hero a live during that time was created.

I don't really see it happening, the PF doesn't seem to be that strong in this new universe. I mean Inferno's and A-Force's Jeans have it, X-tinction agenda Rachel has it, Days of future past Rachel also displayed the bird,... Maybe if they combine their power.

those are Doom created Phoenix no? I don't think they really compare to the real thing same with Mjolnir being held by FemThor.
