I mean isn’t the recent arc in the series having to do how Ms. Marvel’s powers work across time and dimensions or something to that effect(I’m behind on my Ms. Marvel readings) so wouldn’t that have some cause for a Kang fight.
"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
Words to live by.
If it means Kang gets to throw his head back in pain and rage and scream "Khaaaaaaan!", then I'm all for it.
She's fought Kang at least once already, probably twice. The first time was in the digital series Avengers Back to Basics - which was written by Peter David (it was set in Civil War II - Hawkeye killing Hulk is mentioned but she hasn't formed the Champions yet - but released only a few months ago). The second is behind the scenes in Infinity Wars (written by Duggan). Kamala and Kang were merged in the Infinity Warps, and that means they must've been in close proximity at the time. They were probably fighting.

Sure why not? But I would rather it be Cassie Lang, the other size-changing fan girl.
Isn't she kang (iron lads) first girlfriend? Has there ever been a story where she and the adult kang talk about their history? That would make a great story.Sure why not? But I would rather it be Cassie Lang, the other size-changing fan girl.
Seems kinda random, but why not?
All of this. There's a lot of potential in an interaction between Cassie and Kang. After all, she might be the reason why he's even Kang at all, as her death was what seemingly pushed young Nate over the edge and turned him into a killer. After that, it's no wonder he became a full fledged villain. It would be really interesting to see how he feels about her now, and specifically what happened after his time as Iron Lad that led him to his next alias (Kid Immortus).
Yeah, it's not just weird, it shouldn't be possible, period. Kamala got stuck in the past, and joined the Avengers alongside Captain America (an alteration of the events of Avengers #4). Then she encountered her mother, who wanted an autograph from Miss Marvel (yeah, Wasp insisted she was Miss and not Ms.). But then Mrs Khan was run over and killed. Kamala panics, as she hasn't been born yet... wait, what? Kamala is at least 16. The Avengers formed 14 years ago at the most. So she should've been a toddler, not unborn. It would've changed her history, but not deleted her!

kamala should defeat kang. Kang is a villain and is irredeemable.
