Dormant Stage- Upon taking enough damage or burning through her ki reserve. Erosa will enter a dormant state, becoming immaterial and returning to her origin realm. There she is safe from harm(with the exception of mental attacks) until she can regain her strength and manifest in physical form again.
Psionic Scream: Inhuman Screech that both deafens and causes mental harm.
Burning Claws - Her fingers can take on the characteristics of white hot metal blades.
Berserking - Passive Combat Style. Forgoes Strategy to become a rage fueled wreaking ball with high durability and next to no pain limit but burns through ki at an accelerated rate and must go into her dormant phase immediately after.

History:
A Magecraft Progeny from a well established family. Holding herself to nothing short of the highest expectations of family, peers, teachers and most importantly herself. Excelling in the study of the magic and the mysteries of the universe. Admired, Accomplished...

It was only natural that Etrina Von Stoltgard was the kind of girl who couldn't make a friend even if she cared to have one in the first place. Which she didn't. Far too busy to try, far to arrogant to succeed. She lived and worked by her own perfectionist life guide. Everything on time, ordered and 100% flawless in execution.

...and yet when the time came for the culmination of her early experimentation into a form of magic drawing directly from the mind of the user, she both succeeded and failed in the most spectacular way imaginable.

Erosa was born. An Id. A creature formed of repressed human emotion.

Utterly uncontrollable, violent, rude, lazy, vulgar. Everything Etrina masked behind her pretty perfectionist facade. An unwanted familiar that she would try and fail to get rid of. Yet whenever she found herself in a pinch.....it seemed vulgar or not, they had a bond on the most basic level.

Didn't make Etrinas headaches any less severe at the end of the day.

Techniques

1) Dodonpa: The signature of the Crane School, a ki beam fired from the finger. By concentrating force through a narrow point, it sacrifices raw destructive power for concentrated piercing damage.

2) Kiai: Defensive energy projection concentrated through a shout. Asserting his martial aura increases defense.

3) Multi-form (partial): Through intense concentration Ochazuke is able to grow extra limbs. He was exiled before fully understanding how to incorporate this **locked**

Mumonkan (The Gateless Barrier): The pursuit of Esoteric mystic power - more a philosophical practice made manifest through martial arts - which is Ochazuke's ultimate goal. He seeks to cultivate his senses through martial practice to see the truth of the world.

History

Long ago there was a master who groomed five pupils for succession. As each exceeded expectations and brought aspects of the root art to new heights, the master's technique too was elevated by the five. However upon the master's death instead of honouring the martial tradition and banding together for the sake of the art, the five turned against each other and quarrelled over whose techniques were the strongest and therefore the master's worthiers heir. As the five fingers of the elder master's hand split apart, five schools were establish who continute to fight and scheme against each other. Whether through might or character, saving face called for exhibitions; Cultivated rivalries led to honour duels to the death; subterfuge and underhanded murder conflated vengeance with duty.

A pupil of Crane Master Chahan, Ochazuke is one of a new generation this blood feud expected to continue this war. The roots of the rivalry between the five schools led him to obsess over the original master, and he became fixated with recovering the mother art's original techniques. To this end he attempted to broker peace and consolidate forces with Mouko, one of the twin mistresses of the Tiger School. Before any real widespread progress could be made in blending the Tiger and Crane styles, Chahan and Ochazuke's fellow students assaulted the Tiger stronghold and all but killed him as they brought his sympathizers in the Tiger faction to ruin.

Though forced into exile by this disgrace with enemies all around, Ochazuke continues to fulfill his quest through refining his technique. His obsession compels him to move from beyond what he believes to be a“gateless barrier” against understanding of the fundamental truths of the world and where this pursuit of strength will lead.

Personality Notes

- Ochazuke values the precise execution of intent over a pragmatic ends-justify-the-means approach.
- In spite of his appearance, his fighting style is based on methodical outfighting and oblique footwork rather than brute force.
- Rigidly blunt and honest, he rarely minces words. He no longer has much respect for ritualized formalities and good graces without merit.
- Though not a complete stranger to city life, he prefers to live on the fringe of society. Therefore his knowledge of technology and current events - outside of the martial arts world - is profoundly stunted.

- Ochazuke is a Japanese dish made by pouring hot tea over cooked rice; simple in its preparation, versatile in its presentation. Chahan translates to fried rice.

Flash Step: Make a solar flare burst of light and ysevtelekinesis to move as fast as possible for surprise attack.

Constructs: His blast is not beam energy, but making stuff up to hit for him.

Royal Arms: Can conjure Weapons to use (and a master of them.) does not use this of rules state no weapons.

History (Backstory)

Thirty years ago Kami got pissed at the Earth and wished for a creature, the Sacred Beast tobwash the worlds sins, via violence. Seven heroes rose up to take it on, their leadervwas the Kong of Braves. He dealt the blow to finish it off but died and the six convinced Kami mortals can change their ways.


The story does not end there, the beast and Kong’s souls became linked to nature and settled on a rock. It cracked up like a egg and Chou was born. He grew up in the wilderness until a band of performers took him in. He is now alone in the world, inherited the stuff of the king of braves and has nightmares about the beast trying to break out.

History

Roland was a weak and scrawny kid growing up who was constantly pick on. Ostracized, Roland focused on bettering himself physically so that one day he could show back up and brutally pummel all of his former bullies into submission. Following this he was kicked out of his hometown and he's been wandering the world ever since, mostly getting into trouble.

I would also note as Universe 6 showed their Saiyans having much higher starting levels of strength and quicker transformations, Universe 15 will have Saiyans have a harder time reaching their transformations FYI (they obviously still can). Same with the Zenkai boost so things don't get abused.

Well, the U6 Saiyans also don't have tails and we only see the best of the best of their species, so that's probably not even a necessary precision.

(Toriyama also recently noted that it's easier to turn Super Saiyan if you're a nice person who lives in a nice place.)

  Energy sphere attack. Somewhat more powerful than the typical variation, and, more importantly, Totoma can fire them from any of his limbs... including the tail.
  
  [Second Wind] - By drawing upon the long-dormant power from his childhood, Totoma can refill his ki and stamina reserves to full. However, using it multiple times in quick succession will lead to dizziness, nausea, and fainting.
  
  [Ito] (Threads)
  Bands of ki that can adhere to objects and people, used for restraint, travel, and other things. Very durable against physical strikes, but less-so against ki-based attacks.
  
  [Kamehameha] (Turtle Destruction Wave)
  Energy blast wave performed by cupping the hands, chanting the name of a long-dead Hawaiian king, then throwing said hands forward dramatically.
  
  [Void Lens]
  Enhanced version of the Void Tunnel. Can be used like normal, but the exit tunnel can, if the user desires, focus the energy being expelled into a concentrated beam. If it's a really strong attack being redirected, it would be able to pierce through even significantly stronger enemies.
  
  [Phantom Fist]
  This one's... well, it's a ki attack, technically, but all of the energy actually comes from a physical punch, with the ki only serving as the vehicle. It can either be fired at the zenith of a punch a short distance or simply "hang" in mid-air until something runs into it and triggers it like a mine.
  
  [Razorback]
  The user turns their back and creates a shield. Versus energy attacks, it's pretty much a standard energy shield, but against physical strikes, it protects and damages the enemy.
  
  [Kizuna] (Bonds)
  Bekon's BLT technique without a punny name. As such, it's a group power-up, though right now only Karine is close enough for Totoma to use it with. Has three levels...
  
  -Friendship - Can be done with anyone the user is close enough to. Basically just gives a small (25%) increase to powerlevel for Totoma and that person.
  
  -Love - Has reached this level with Karine. Synchronizes their ki to grant both a great increase in power. Because of the physical distance between Karine and Totoma, it offers a bonus, when stacked with Friendship, of 50% to his base PL.
  
  -Family - Functional, but because of the physical distance, it offers a 75% increase to Totoma's base powerlevel.
  
  (So basically, 25% per level)
  
  [Blutz Flash] - The Blutz Lamp taken further. Can be used in a manner similar to Jack's snake eyes, if so desired, though this can obviously be detrimental when used on other Saiyans.
  
  [Hitozaru] - A faster, more agile compressed variation of the Oozaru. After six months of practice and training, Totoma can utilize up to 80% of his full oozaru form's power as a Hitozaru, though the 10 post time limit remains. However, he can use 40% of his Oozaru form's power pretty much indefinitely.
  
  [Haurvatat, the Waters of Wholeness and Perfection] - A variation of a technique taught to him by Ishtar. Totoma mastered it and, naturally, put his own spin on it in the intervening six months. Allows him to subsist purely on water, as well as heal faster and regenerate from the consumption of said liquid.
  
  The speed and efficiency of the healing is around the same as the healing/regen of Nosferatu. Also allows an adult Saiyan to regenerate their tail beyond the one time they get.
  
  [Legendary Saiyan] - Grants a massive (+75%) increase to strength and durability, with no corresponding drop in speed, working out to about a 50% increase in powerlevel. Stacks with transformations such as Oozaru, Hitozaru, and Super Saiyan.

History: Totoma is the offspring of an... unlikely pairing between Saiya-jin and Earthling. His Saiya-jin parent, his mother Tasure, was a Saiya-jin elite that had somehow found her way to Earth, and his Earthling parent, his father Bekon, was... a chef, of all things.

When asked about how such an unlikely pairing occurred, all his father had to say was "The best way to a Saiya-jin's heart is through their stomach."

Regardless of the circumstances of his parents' relationship, Totoma was raised mostly as an Earthling, with the family living in a house out in the country. As his mother spent an appreciable amount of her day training for... reasons Totoma couldn't fathom, his family was almost entirely dependent on Bekon for their income, while Totoma performed the housework. It was an unorthodox family, but it worked reasonably well, all things considered.

On occasion, his mother would take him to Vacado, in order to familiarize Totoma with his Saiya-jin heritage, among other things. For various reasons--prime among them, his half-earthling heritage making him a target for bullying and scorn--he did not enjoy these trips, but he endured simply for the chance to spend quality time with his mother, though much of that was spent being instructed in the usage of ki.

Style: None... though he did teach himself rudimentary ki usage using nothing but scattered texts, video, and hearsay.

Techniques
Burst - An unrefined, somewhat amateurish short-range ki technique. Dr. Tansei holds one of his hands forward and releases a relatively unfocused cone of ki. While it's useless at long ranges and more annoying than dangerous at mid-ranges, it can be absolutely devastating at short and especially melee-range.

Nanomachines, Son - They harden in response to physical trauma.

Z-Tool - An early invention of Dr. Tansei. Made almost entirely of purely mechanical nanomachines and powered by the mysterious "Z energy," the Z-tool can become nearly any tool a scientist (or anyone else, really) could hope to have out in the field.
Z-Pad - Another of Dr. Tansei's inventions. Mostly used as a journal and place to catalogue any interesting data he happens upon. Thanks to the UNM (Universal Nanomachine) Adapter, it can interface even with alien computers, with time to adjust.
Special:
Self-Repair: Normally, Dr. Tansei's body heals faster than normal due to the nanomachines embedded into his cells. In the event of limb loss, simply holding said limb to the stump can allow for re-attachment. In cases of limb obliteration, said limbs may be regenerated after an appropriate amount of organic--or, less efficiently, inorganic--matter has been ingested.

Matrix Engine: Thanks to their nature as biomechanical (almost)perpetual energy generators, Dr. Taisei's nanomachines can augment the ki recovery (and thus, stamina recovery) of their host body, mostly by generating a mysterious form of energy Dr. Tansei refers to as "Z Energy" and then stimulating the host's cells to convert it into ki. Each individual nanomachine only has a small output, but when it's multiplied by the trillions upon trillions of cells in the host's body, it lends the host considerably increased stamina and recovery.

(In contrast to android 17/18's inexhaustible stamina/ki, the matrix engine is more along the lines of 'tires out slower, recovers faster'. And it will stay that way.)

Analysis - Ingested matter will be broken down by the nanomachines in Dr. Tansei's stomach and their properties analyzed and catalogued. Mostly useful for satiating his desire for new, interesting data.

History: Crazy scientist converts himself into nano-cyborg for SCIENCE! News at 11.

Other:No need for food, besides pleasure and making use of full-limb self-repair. Water is still required for hydration. Oxygen is still required as well, though his body can extract and use it with extreme efficiency compared to a normal human-type earthling.
