[live action] Achilles vs Captain America

Brad Pitt Achilles takes on MCU Captain America in 3 scenarios.

1. the usual arena fight. standard equipment etc.


2. HTH only. NO weapons.

3. sit and talk, Steve lets now Achilles that he's a bit of a giant ******* and they hash things out.

Cap should take all three.

1. With weapons, Achilles might take a couple of rounds thanks to getting in a "lucky" crippling blow with one of his sharp and pointy weapons. Cap should comfortably take the large majority however.

2. Without weapons, Cap slaughters. Achilles doesn't really have any HtH feats to speak of, and Cap has oodles. Cap also has insane soak.

3. Achilles isn't going to take Cap insulting him, so this turns into a fight relatively immediately.

Achilles comes from a tougher era than Cap, way tougher, so he won't give no fucks.

Once with the incomplete Gauntlet, and once with the massive twin swords.

And both times he survived.

They dislike being the weapons of authorities they don't trust or respect, they are the elite warriors of their groups, their influence changes battles for whoever they side with and they are very up front with their opinions.

You're leaving out the context. In the first fight Cap got run over like nothing by Thanos and he only lived because Thanos didn't want to kill him. Thanos didn't bother using the Gauntlet on him, either.
