Well, Iona was problematic since Hal had been brainwashed. Then it became even more problematic when it turned out Iona had also been brainwashed to love Pol Manning. (even that time they grabbed Salakk to be Manning)

It's very rare that a GL can pull off the sleeveless look in my opinion.
