Well I reread HoX #1 and X-Men #1 and while those issues mention/feature him, neither explained how he returned, so as of now I don't know how to take that article.

I love how they work together. People rag on Bendis' run, but I love that four person queen squad. These group books with lik 9 people in it means your favorites don't get as much play time. Bring me four OP mutants with bloodlust and I'm a happy clam.

The update to the datapage was done by a Krakoan. At least that's the logical assumption.

Yeah, they mentioned him but they never told how he was resurrected. I think it will later be revealed on the 9th and 10th issues. Empyre tie in seems to be a good round for this.

Technically Spider-man was also "cloned" in The Other. Does it really matter? Not much. He is still our Peter Parker.

Yeah, I guess you are right about that but I believe Sh'ir learned/updated about it after Vulcan was resurrected.
