what are some good/underrated villain partnerships

Watching Stargirl the other day spoilers:

and seeing Sportsmaster and Huntress work so effectively as a team

end of spoilers got me thinking, what are some of comics' good, underrated villain partnerships?
These guys didnt have to be world conquerors, or hugely successful, but they should have a history of hanging out together to try and beat the bad guys.

Drawing a blank on DC, but Marvel had a couple of good ones i enjoyed as a kid...:






Sabretooth and Constrictor had a good partnership before splitting up (Creed was def. the Shawn Michaels of that team, and Constrictor the Jannetty), and Hyde and Cobra seemed inseparable at one point.
So, any more from Marvel? Any good ones from DC or other Companies?

Egghead, The Mad Thinker, and The Puppet Master had something of a League of Evil Nerds going for a while. Oddly, there very few panels with all three of them in frame at the same time.

As they're siblings, I don't know if it counts, but Mammoth and Shimmer are rarely apart, even when they're not with their Fearsome Five compatriots.

Sportsmaster and Huntress' daughter and her rapport with Icicle Jr is pretty good too.
