Silva's art is good but groundbreaking or somewhat unique? Nah. I can name more than enough artists who have similar styles. Yu, on the other hand, made it through his own style which is unique. It's dark and flamboyant. But when these two things tend to collide, it creates a glimmering aestheticism.
But I agree we all have our own opinions and subjectivity therefore I respect your opinion fair and share.

Anxious to see these Days of Futre Past variant covers when they come out.
this is yu's best cover yet. best word to I can come up with to describe it is "gnarly"
My theory is that issue #7 is about the Rectangle's movie night and they're all watching the Winona Ryder movie The Crucible. It was Jean's pick bc she's been asleep for like two decades so she still loves the 90's.
Cyke is reluctant bc he only likes bro-ish stuff like Nolan and Tarantino movies. Emma would rather watch some old french cult movie than 90's oscar bait. Logan is actually a big cinephile and supports everything Jean chooses so he's the only one who's also excited about it... wait why I am writing full on fanfiction already
Then Iceman walks in and pops in Reality Bites so everyone can be happy.

Crucible (n.): a situation of severe trial, or in which different elements interact, leading to the creation of something new.
How would you guys feel about a 2020 swimsuit issue?
