MJ's plan is to get close enough to Killgrave to knock him out while Peter is distracted fighting Luke. MJ says that's Plan A, and it better work, because she doesn't have a Plan B

Peter and Killgrave have arrive in Harlem, Purple wants Spidey to raid the regency armoury. Peter wonders why.
Eh? Killgrave is afraid of heights? But earlier in the story Peter web-swung himself and Purple across New York with a safe towards a high rise apartment! Plot hole!
MJ and Luke arrive at the regency armoury just as security guards approach Peter and Killgrave inside.
Peter is able to resist Killgrave's instruction to kill the security guards, so he just webs them up instead. Killgrave is also tiring of Peter saying "yes master" so tells him to zip it and just silently obey his instructions instead
As Luke uses his strength to power his way into the regency armoury, MJ has the nerve to ask him what the delay is, citing that Peter would have had the doors pried open by now. His pride dented, Luke comments that she really knows how to break hearts as he finally succeeds.

Woo, MJ to the rescue, she lodged something in Killgrave's throat, making him unable to speak and control Luke or her husband!
Add The Purple Man to the list of Marvel villainy MJ's had a hand in taking down!

ROFL, Luke compliments MJ on having a good aim with what she was able to lodge into Killgrave's throat, but MJ reveals she was most likely going to miss him and only got lucky because she tripped!
Just like spider-sense, Peter's spider-strength seems to often vanish when the plot demands an absurd twist...Killgrave, in a mad scramble, has went off the edge of a roof, Peter shoots a web line, nails him in the back, but Killgrave goes over and seems about to take Peter with him
With Killgrave defeated, Luke remarks that he'll soon be the cop's problem, and is glad that he didn't have to "waste" Peter under the Purple Man's powers. Peter brushes that off, arrogantly stating Luke couldn't handle someone with his spider-strength, this triggers Luke and the two start arguing over who is stronger, with MJ caught in the middle trying to calm both of them down.
MJ points out that the quarrelling Luke and Peter both beat Killgrave, but they disagree...it took all three of them, and they both give MJ a big group hug. Awwwwwww.
Big changes are coming to the Spider-Man newspaper strip
From March 25th, the strip will be going into reruns. It is not known how long these reruns will last, the strip will eventually return with a brand new creative team.

But the Purple Man storyline is over. How do they expect to start and finish a new plot in only two weeks?
