In one instance(May 2016), we have someone who says a phone was thrown at her head while police on the scene noted no marks on her. In the other instance(Supposedly December 2015), I'm not even sure police were involved. This is a part of an article...

People magazine obtained pictures of a bruised and bloodied Heard Wednesday, reporting that the pics date back to a December 2015 incident the starlet outlined in a restraining order request against her estranged ex last week.

In the pictures, apparently snapped by the 30-year-old's friend, the "Zombieland" actress sports a cut lip and what appears to be a small bruise under her right eye.
