The four horsemen of apocalypse

I think ther is three options:
1- the first class movie members: emma azazel banshee and angel salvador
2- the original horsemen.
3-some other mix, modern mutants or newly introduced ones (gambit wolverine psylocke SW?)

I suggest making the Big Four the horsemen: Wolverine/Xavier/Magneto/Mystique, and have the other X-Men prove their worth by fighting them and Apocalypse. These X-Men should be:

Teen Scott (proving his worth as leader)
Teen Jean (proving her worth as a powerhouse)
Lil Ororo (scrappy pickpocket found by the X-Men in Africa while investigating Apocalypse + future powerhouse)
Gambit (confirmed)
Quicksilver (confirmed)
Beast (98% confirmed)
&
80's pop rock/dance superstar Dazzler (coz why the hell not?!)

I really hope they don't let what was basically a glorified cameo in X3 for Angel prevent Apocalypse from using his most famous horseman.

I would hope for Banshee, Wolverine, Angel, and Caliban.

I expect Mystique, Magneto, Azazel, Wolverine.

The movie takes place in the 80's, so Angel's probably out of the picture. He'd still only be a little kid at that point.

Anything that happens to Wolverine in the past now is going to be interesting.. because at the end of DoFP, Xavier asked him what he remembered. So it's kind of funny that Xavier will have known that Wolverine was a horseman (if that ends up being the case).

Eh they could easily fix that by just making Horseman Angel an earlier Worthington. Don't think the audience would care if the WWIII in the comics ends up being WWI or sone earlier relative in the movies.

Wolverine as Death and a villain in this film would be perfect. It would be a new and interesting take on the character in that universe

I think Caliban definetly should be in the film as well in some capacity, whether he is a Horseman or not

Emma as Pestilence would be a neat twist

To me Archangel is just about mandatory, and he needn't be beholden to comics canon. Granted there would be more emotional impact if he was indeed a transformed Warren but an anonymous elite mook could still work pretty well, I think.

You could easily have a different Angel become Archangel.

Tie it to the first one so the horseman don't need a back story; so Emma, Azazel, Banshee, and Angel.

Wolverine as Death could be cool and also explains how he gets his metal claws again.

My theory:

Wolverine: War.
Gambit: Death.
Magneto: Famine.
Mystique: Pestilence.

That would actually make the most sense, living Professor, Beast, Quicksilver, Cyclops, Storm and Jean to fight them and Apocalypse
