I'm so tempted to have like, all of Helds side stories be gambling and debts, and getting money.

I mean, okay, there's like, a partial revenge story in their also, and some mysteries I need to get to, but pretty much everything that doesn't rile Held up will be about that.

...Also, I was reflecting on that the other day. Held really sticks to the fundamentals of his skills in battle. I'd wager 85% of his skill set he's not even used in front of the M-Fighters, as he usually prefers to go spearing the fuck out of things.

But on the plus side, that means he's full of surprises if we ever fight some asshole who has been spying on all the M-Fighters battles.

For the Longest time, Ramza told me that I should make Held should be able to teleport to his spears as a built in effect of them, but I was always too lazy to put that in.

But, since it's never come up, Held's Spears aren't made of Katchin. They are very very strong materials, and can be heavily reinforced by Ki, but they can be broken, it's just that they can be regenerated easily enough by certain means.

So, going for a weapon break is /technically/ a valid strategy, provided he's completely disarmed.


..I've honestly been waiting for an excuses to have Held break one of his spears off inside an enemy for a secret technique I've been saving, but alas....

special: Captain Stratovarius has to the ability to manifest his own battle power into a physical entity he calls an Specter. he seems to possessed a great amount of control in using it. it seems that the drawbacks of this particular ability are what effects his Specter also effects him as well. he calls his specter Zoul B. Goode but he sometimes refers to it as Johnny.

this specter was he calls it Zoul B. Goode are Johnny manifests as a boney figure in a well dress suit holding a scythe with glowing red eyes. Further intel on his species Espers proves that this is abilty share by his kind. Reports on Espers suggest the species have dual personalites . One personality for themselves and other personality reserved for their specters.

It's quite obvious from the intel that specters are the alter ego of Espers.

his spaceship is name Black Diamond and he is nick name the Phoenix Heart because of his birth mark on his neck which looks like a Phoenix. rather that's true or not that intel will be filed under rumor for now.
