HISTORY
A distant cousin of Ogatan Phospho, Peking was a childhood friend to him and Matchibō Zippa for most of their early life until her parents chose to break away from the Ogatan clan's traditional way of life and seek to assimilate back into "normal" society. Unfortunately for her parents, Peking's tomboyish ways made it difficult for her to adjust and she was often isolated when it came to school. This could be said to be the reason for her crude and unpolished mannerisms, but it may just be the Ogatan blood running in her.

In contrast, Foiegras Duck lived a relatively normal life, aside from an unfortunate surname that had led to some mild occasional bullying. Eventually, either as an attempt to embrace his awkward name and nature or some sort of madness, Foiegras developed a fascination with ducks, which would later become a pure unadulterated obsession with the water fowl. It was during his college years studying as a veterinary that he met Peking, who worked as a librarian, and despite being their complete opposites, they hit it off, with Foiegras enchanted by Peking's nontraditional beauty and Peking finding Foiegras awkward, troubled, yet strangely adorable.

Their relationship developed over the next few years before they were married and settled down in the mining town of Dusk City, with Foiegras opening his own animal clinic while Peking took a job at a local pawn shop and would eventually run herself. While they never had any children of their own, Foiegras odd habit of adopting ducks would fill in that void, despite Peking's distaste for them. Peking would also reestablish a friendship with Zippa not too long after Phospho's death, and for some time, life was peaceful until the day the Vitalmancer escaped.

* Both the names Foiegras and Peking are duck dishes.
* Although not a master herself, having barely learned or practiced martial arts, Peking is known throughout the Ogatan clan for having mastered the ParaSHOUTolophus ability since early childhood.

I'm literally running off of wiki's and abridged for what I understand of Dragonball. So far it's worked .. so far.

So when's Ishtar gonna look Totoma in the eyes and be like...

"I sense great duality in you, young halfbreed."

...because he's totally got some duality-type stuff going on, given how he's compartmentalized his saiyan and earthling sides.
