Because that's the most likely way she'll get any real page time/development. Doesn't mean it's right, and it doesn't mean that is what her fans want, but it's the best bone we can hope DC will throw at us.

I know you are not one to buy books that aren't what you're looking for from a character/franchise, but some of us have been worn down to the point of resignation. I'd have a whopping 0 titles on my pull list if I waited around for DC to make me happy!

Put me in the "give Dinah a goddamn solo book" camp. She's getting a decent amount of use at the moment and I can't imagine she won't be utilized in the inevitable Green Arrow relaunch. I'm curious if the plan for her Urban Legends story is to lead into Deathstroke, Inc which was already kinda teed up in Justice League and I guess Checkmate. The Batgirls might be making a new BoP team but I wonder if Dinah would even be on it. Should be hers to co-lead with Barbara who is also currently a co-lead in Nightwing.

I can see a situation next year where Dinah gets either a BoP title or co-leads a Green Arrow book (ideally with her name in the title) after spinning out of backup stories/minis/ongoings. Hopefully.

My dream Black Canary book would be something akin to Matt Wagner's Sandman Mystery Theatre, a modernized retelling of her 40's adventures.
