The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

Just do a X-Men First Class animated movie with Scott, Hank, Warren, Bobby and Jean and go from there.
Why? It's the 05, start with the original broom and expand. Not that I wouldn't be against a movie with a 70's, 80's, 90's or modern based team either. The Fox X-Men movies real problem has not been focusing properly on the team but rather specific members. A movie which has about 5-7 members and give each their due would work better for me personally.
