So Gwen will become Spider Gwen. I wonder if Osborn is still going to throw her off a bridge then she gets cloned br the jackal just like Peter eventually does.

I doubt they would ever kill Gwen off, but if they did it would probably be with a plan to clone her.

Although I'll be surprised if Anna Maria doesn't show up around the time they adapt Superior. They'd probably give Ock his love story before they ever give Peter one on this sow.

As mentioned above, I like that regular civilians are gonna have some back-bone. Definitely a touch of Slott there, for sure.

I don't think seeing these characters actively get involved in these dangerous situations is necessary to prove they have back-bones, especially if it comes at Spidey's expense that he needs to get bailed out like that.

I'm not even sure if we should really view these characters as "regular civilians" since they're all super-geniuses going to a super-science school who will inevitably all don costumes at some point. The only actual regular person on this show seems to be Aunt May.

Yeah, he probably will punch Norman at some point, or at least someone other then Peter will do it (because this is a Dan Slott Spider-Man cartoon) .

I think Carlie would feel pretty redundant on that show unless she was an adult CSI.

Mary Jane is an easy fit, she's the easy going girl who can take Peter away from all the complex technobabble he and his friends are immersed in and help him let his hair down and relax a lot.
