Hooray, another new mutant who will be relevant for maybe a year before being wallpapered.

I'm crossing my fingers that this isn't a case of "likable kid dies off the bat to show how bad things REALLY are". Because we just had yet another round of that. But I dunno. If this is the Danger Room, we're getting a much more upbeat view of its capabilities than the usual "and this is the combat arena, have fun" intro. So maybe we'll get a bit of wonder and cool-factor before things kick into high gear.

Yeah I don’t think she’s going to be relevant in any capacity, just glorified wallpaper tbh. Most of the relevant characters so far seem to be already established Mutants such as Emma, Jean, Moira, Cyke and etc. I think all the new important characters will be in POX as that seems like it takes place in the future.

They’re most likely just the POV characters for the introductory first issue. I can see this era as a feast for New Mutants and Generation X stans.

I think we got all the covers already. Jul. we had HOX & POX 1's. Then for August we have HOX / POX 2's and 3's which would take up the entire month.
