Characters you hate.

I can't think at the moment of characters I really hate, more often I hate what has been done to a lot of Marvel Characters over the last decade.

Imo some of the treatment begged belief it really does

very few legendary characters seem to be in better places since ANAD

Sad to see so many people toss Captain Marvel's name out there. During the Busiek/Perez Avengers run she was one of the best characters at Marvel

I'm going to pick Moonknight. It feels like the writers are addicted to the "is he nuts?" crap and to make matters worse they tossed in a kid.

Well Carol is another one of the many mistreated characters in Marvel going back to the whole incestuous relationship with Marcus Immortus.

There aren’t any other characters that I dislike, but the fan base of Cyclops (the rightclops thing is ridiculous) and Storm (the all powerful goddess thing is also ridiculous) do tend to make every thread about them and are quite antagonistic. The attitudes on this board and on comicvine have made me certainly like the characters less when I am not reading them. It’s only after I read a back issue or two that I remember that I enjoy reading the two.

Yes, I fully agree.
Hank Pym is one of my favorite characters and he doesn't deserve to be treated so badly.
Neither he nor his fanbase.

I've already said that in the X-Men thread: Scott and Hank have a lot in common. Sometimes I think they should be great friends.

No. Bendis may have gotten the ball rolling but she could have been redeemed. Stuff like Children's Crusade, AvX and Uncanny Avengers failed to do that. Thats not all on Bendis. The ship has sailed on any sort of redemption arc for her now so yeah she's forever ruined. I really dont know what it would take for me to look at her the way I used to prior to M-Day

I think at time hank pym wasn't the best image of mental sanity and he admitted he screwed up and sent himself to jail
