A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Might as well have a few cross-dimension romances...

    Blade and Huntress
    Hawkeye and Power Girl
    Falcon and Vixen
    Thor and Big Barda
    Thing and Beautiful Dreamer
    Lobo and She-Hulk
    Hawkman and Tigra
    Captain Atom and Monica Rambeau
    Moon Knight and Black Canary
Starfire and Miles Morales (once he gets a little older)

Immortal Hulk and Etrigan. Bruce Banner and Jason Blood.

I think there is a lot of potential between the guy possessed by a literal demon and the guy possessed by his own metaphorical demons.

The story could have them rampaging through multiple hell realms leading up to a final confrontation with some form of TOBA.

And because it was fun drawing these two together this past weekend, I'll say it again...

Starfire and Miles Morales. They say you should never meet your heroes, but sometimes you really, really should.
