if you look at the first part of the video it shows you all her powers you can use but there is no ice beam mentioned. at about the 1:10 mark it shows all of her powers.

I will have to look her up on YouTube to get a feel for what you mentioned. I just know that they could have gotten a better voice actress.

It was 100% a cold beam. You see it freeze targets and one of her objectives was to freeze a certain amount of enemies.

At around the 3:25 mark of the video. Her new objective is to KO 25 foes with ice.

I heard of game of thrones and even watched a little of the first season but that's it. I don't know of the character you mentioned. I will have to see if I can watch a clip of her on YouTube.
