I would love to see a Flash video game. I would love to see a Green Lantern Game where you could team up the Earth Green Lanterns.

Glad they're taking the "great game first" approach, but I think that's a given. I think the movie tie-in is slowly becoming a thing of the past. Firstly, as we all know, they're almost always crap. More importantly, the video game industry now generates as much or more than the movie industry. If anything, the new Batman films should take their inspiration from the Arkham series if they want to get Batman right.

That said, yeah, we REALLY need some great games featuring Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern. It's almost criminal that in 2016 those characters haven't been featured in great games yet. (I don't personally count Injustice. Fighters are just not my thing.)

So no sequel to Arkham Origins? It was of a lesser quality then rocksteadys games but it had an amazing story especially all the Joker stuff. I have no desire for a VR game.

Also hoping Rocksteady announces they are now doing a Superman or Flash game next.

I feel like they should consider doing a HD version of Arkham Origins for Next Gen if nothing else.

Also a Superman game is in the works if rumours are true...

How about .... all of them; A Justice League game would have to eventually be in works to support the cinimatic universe. Not a fighting game fan myself but Injustice was alot of fun, not as heavy and dark as the tone would suggest......Minus LL dying that is.

With Horizon Zero Dawn, Far Cry Primal, and the new Zelda, archery in gaming is starting to look pretty cool .

I'm thinking an over the shoulder TPS. Something in the vein of InFamous with RE6's melee and stun mechanics.

I think The Flash would work with slightly tweaked Arkham mechanics. Also, I'd like a good Superman game. The dilemma is that he's too powerful and game designers don't know how to work around that. For me, I'd just make a Superman 1938 game, since we've seen games with characters who "can leap tall buildings in a single bound". This Superman wouldn't be totally invincible, and you could get away with him not having all the powers fans take for granted. Give the architecture, and artwork an art deco look 'ala Bioshock before decay set in. In the sequel, Superman 1939, you bring in Batman and in the third you bring in the JSA. Everything old is new again for fans who aren't familiar with this era.

    Oh well, I can dream.

My never-gonna-happen dream is a Green Lantern Corps game. And yeah, the 'Corps' part matters. You don't play as Hal or John or whoever, you get to make your own character - male or female, any ethnicity or body type, doesn't even have to be human - and start out from scratch. Solo player tutorial presented as Kilowog breaking you in, which gives way to a single-player story-driven campaign and an extensive multiplayer setup. There's PVP (with outfits tweaked to show different Lantern Corps, so everyone knows who's on what team) but also large-scale co-op, with partially random-generated missions against Sinestro Corps, Manhunters, Black Lanterns etc.

Gameplay-wise it's mostly a third-person shooter with hovering/flight controls, sorta like Zone of the Enders but with the option to switch to 'jet mode' for faster flying at the cost of maneuverability and combat comfort. Also, an in-depth construct creation suite, that lets you personally design the shape and effect of your preferred constructs (with some familiar ripped-from-the-comics presets as inspiration) and save them to quick-keys for use in-game.
The X-Books Board is wretched and does not deserve the Domino Appreciation Thread.

A game like this could definitely work. The key here would be to come up with some diverse gameplay styles. The powers of the Lantern ring does open up to that possibility. The choice between Alien races could lend itself to specific styles though I'm not a fan of this. Zone of the Enders did this with it's VS multiplayer.
