Isn't "destroyed" a lofty term for someone who was just in X-Men Red and Bobby's solo in large roles, was the lead of his own Age of X-Man book, and is still a heroic member of the X-Men, and not a single soul has even begin to mention Hope or Cable to him?

He wasn't on x-men red, he was on astonishing x-men. It was after many years in limbo, since the end of Cable solo and before AXM, Bishop only showed up on the humphries uncanny x-force.
Armor mentioned it on uncanny x-men and on the exterminated one shot Hope herself confronted him

The point is that Bishop is back, barely anyone cares what he did, and the ones that should care most are either dead (Cable), or dead for all intents and purposes in the series (Hope). No one in universe holds anything against him except maybe Hope, and she just took a world class character assassination of her own. Not exactly what I would call "destroyed".

To be fair, Scott loving Emma is now apart of his character. So Spirit feels if Scott got to have someone else, Jean shouldn't be glued to him. She wasn't his only woman, and he need not be her only man.

Jeen was single or with Beast. Adult Jean was single and we don't know her current status.

What you want is for her to stop loving Cyclops and that is thankfuly never going to happen. Even if they break up or date other people

Bishop, it sucked and it was on an AU. Beast was brief and sucked too.
