That being said, I'd think it'd be interesting to see Batman go up against the likes of Venom.

Didn't this actually happen once? I remember a Batman/Spider-Man crossover in the 90s, and I think Venom was the Spidey villain in it.

... and I just googled it, and realized I'm wrong. Carnage and Joker were the villains in that one.

Norman Osborne as an industrialist versus Bruce Wayne the technologist and Green Goblin versus Batman could prove interesting.

Kraven the Hunter versus the Dark Knight might also prove intriguing.
