Everyone from Tim's generation is MIA with Rebirth. Tim has the Batfam books still, but the rest of the YJ4 (Conner, Cassie, Bart), Solstice, Bunker and Skitter are in limbo. Raven and Beast Boy (who are from Dick's generation, but have been saddled with Tim's since 2003) have been deaged and placed on Damian's team of Titans.
Bunker is in the current, soon to be ending series.

Supergirl is in highschool. Cyborg is past college. Wonder Woman is only technically 28. She's really a couple thousand

Ongoings for the Atom, JSA, LSH, and the Shazam/Captain Marvel family. There will be more series that haven't been announced. But after the DCYou failure, I wouldn't expect anything too experimental.

This is spot on for pre-Flashpoint, but Dick Grayson was established as being 21 in Grayson, so I assume his fellow Titans are in their early 20s as well. There's been a lot of de-aging all around, I think Batman is around 30 and Diana is still in her 20s.

Well, I dont go by publication history as much as biological age, when thinking about DC's generations.

So Damien's generation would be what?

    Damien.

    Jon White/Superboy.

Maxine Bunker/Animal Girl (a few years younger but close enough)

    Emiko Queen.

.....maybe the new Power Girl? I only read a couple issues with her but she seemed a little young to me, compared to Tim and the others.

NuWally might be close enough but I believe he's actually more like Tim's age.

And I dont think Tim's generation is being put on the shelf indefinitely. Tim himself is in Detective, along with Spoiler and Cass Cain, and they're both his age. I think DC has just made such a mess of the Young Justice crowd, the big names (other than Tim) are being left alone until the stink wears off. So much damage was done to them I think they might need a little while before anyone can make something of them. Or perhaps they're just waiting for the right creator with the right story to fix them. Or both.

Yeah, it does. Troia sounds too obvious and some people would know that she's Donna Troy. Cassie can be called Demiurge or something mythical.

    My roster:Young Justice

Damian Wayne "leader"(he thinks he is)
    Jon
Emiko queen (actual leader of there aren't mentors around)
    Wally west II
    Maxine bunker
    Kaldur/Jackson
Edit: Nobody! Make her the spoiler of her generation.
Guest stars:Cass Cain(she is around their age)

I wouldn't mind a mentor situation with this team but if so make it Cassie, bunker and Tanya.

    Teen titans:
    Cassie(leader)
    Bart(somehow)
    Raven
    Beast boy
    Bunker
Solstice? I always enjoyed the character as she was more 3 dimensional
    Spoiler
Guest star:Cass Cain (you can't separate Cass and Steph!)

Titans: although the current team is good and i would like this roster.
    Main team:
    Wally West
    Nightwing (leader)
    Donna Troy
    Arsenal
    Regular appearances:
    Starfire
    Lilith
    Garth
    Guest appearances:
    Barbara Gordon
    Cyborg
    Argent
This team would be swap out: you would always have the core cast every arc you have one of the recurring cast and every few arcs you have a guest star.

If you mean the new 52 "Shazam Family", Billy is 15 and the others seem to be around his age, with exception of Darla (I would estimate her to be 10-12).

Btw. Emiko is afaik also allready 15.

I think for Damian's generation you would have to create new ones, scrape the barrel to reboot some lesser know characters to be his age range or use the kids we have have.

    I would have added:

Martin Stein, junior half of Firestorm: 45 -50.

Damian was ten when he was Robin to Dick's Batman.
So Dick is probably older now.
